Delete your Trylou account
You can delete your Trylou account and its data at any time. The quickest way is in the app. If you can't open the app, email us and we'll do it for you.
In the app (takes a minute)
- Open Trylou and log in.
- Tap the account icon at the top right.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Can't open the app? Ask us by email
Email support@trylou.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". To protect you, we only act on requests from the account's own address, and we may ask you to confirm. We'll delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, name and password.
- Your credit balance and credit history, including unused credits. Credits can't be restored after deletion.
- Your purchase records, your photo-processing consent, your try-on records and any reports you sent from the app.
We never stored your try-on photos or results, so there are none to delete. Our AI provider, OpenAI, may keep photos from recent try-ons for up to 30 days to check for abuse, then deletes them.
What we may keep
We keep information after deletion only when the law requires it, or for a short time to deal with a payment dispute or a report of misuse. Apple and Google keep their own records of purchases made through their stores, under their own privacy policies. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
