Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Mohsin Kamran, trading as Trylou, Karachi, Pakistan ("Trylou", "we", "us") for your use of the Trylou mobile app and the trylou.com website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trylou. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its information. Parents and guardians can ask us to delete a child's account or data by emailing support@trylou.com.

You need an account with a valid email address and a password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@trylou.com if you think someone else has access to it.

2. What Trylou does

Trylou lets you upload a photo of yourself and a photo of a wearable product (such as clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery, watches or eyewear) and uses artificial intelligence to create an image showing you wearing that product. Trylou is not a shop: we don't sell the products you try on and we are not responsible for third-party products, sellers or websites.

3. Credits, prices and payments

• Each try-on uses one credit. Credits are sold in packs, priced in Pakistani rupees, at the prices shown in the app when you buy. Current prices: 1 try-on for Rs 99, 5 try-ons for Rs 399, 10 try-ons for Rs 699, and 50 try-ons for Rs 2,999. Price changes don't affect credits you have already bought.
• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. The store charges you; we add the credits after the store confirms the purchase.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. They don't expire while your account is open, but are lost if you delete your account.
• If a try-on fails because of a technical problem, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy: request through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. If credits you paid for were not added, or a try-on didn't work, email us and we will put it right. This doesn't affect any refund rights you have under consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult who has clearly agreed to it.
• Not upload a photo of anyone under 18, including your own children, for any reason.
• Not upload or try to create nude, sexual, sexually suggestive, violent, hateful or otherwise offensive content, and never any sexual or suggestive content involving a minor.
• Not use Trylou to impersonate, harass, threaten, deceive, blackmail or embarrass anyone, or to create or share fake images of a real person without their consent.
• Not present a try-on image as a real photograph in a way that could mislead or harm someone.
• Not upload content you don't have the right to use, or that breaks any law.
• Not misuse the Service, for example by trying to break, overload, reverse engineer or access it without permission, or by reselling it.

Misusing images of people can be a serious crime. In Pakistan, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 makes it an offence to alter or share a person's image to harm their dignity or reputation, or to use images to stalk or harass someone. We may refuse a request, remove access, suspend or close an account, and report misuse to the authorities where the law requires or allows.

5. AI-generated results

Try-on images are created automatically by artificial intelligence. They are a visual approximation to help you decide, not a photo of you actually wearing the item. Fit, size, colour, fabric, texture and details may look different in real life, and the AI can make mistakes, including changes to your appearance or body. Always check the seller's size guide and product details before you buy. If you share a result, don't present it as a real photo.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them only as needed to create your try-on, as described in the Privacy Policy; we don't store them. You may use your try-on results for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for respecting the rights of others, including the people in your photos and the brands and sellers whose product photos you upload.

The Trylou name, logo, app, website and their design and software belong to Trylou and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them except as allowed by these terms.

7. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone has used Trylou to create an image of you or your child, or of any minor, without consent, or you see any harmful result, email support@trylou.com with the subject "Report". We take these reports seriously, will act promptly, and will cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account) or by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. If we stop the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice where possible and explain how you can get a refund for unused purchased credits.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Trylou is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for buying decisions you make based on a try-on image. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or Rs 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for our misuse of your personal information, or any rights you have under consumer protection law (including the Sindh Consumer Protection Act 2014) that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will update the effective date above. For important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Trylou and delete your account, and we will help with any unused credits you paid for. If you keep using Trylou after the changes take effect, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem; we aim to reply within 7 days. If we can't resolve it, the courts at Karachi, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to go to a consumer court or other forum the law gives you where you live.

13. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a business that takes over the Service, and your rights will not be reduced.
